This document summarises the coordinate transformations and equation systems used in the atmospheric and oceanic dynamics, which I studied at the University of Tokyo, Faculty of Science, Department of Earth and Planetary Physics and Department of Physics, and the Graduate School of Science, Department of Earth and Planetary Science.
